A visualization can bring you into your inner landscape. It is a guided tour of sorts. I have developed this tool thru years of teaching. It goes to the heart of the matter with ease and grace more as an adventure than a forced meditation.

On Sunday evenings, you are welcomed to listen or download a visualization that will hopefully bring you a creative journey towards the blend of your heart, mind and body. This 10 minute session will help prepare you for the week with clarity and joy.

Personal Visualization Oftentimes you may have read to do personal meditations for your physical, emotional or mental health. Consider using my skills to create a tape just for your specific needs. I will craft a meditation based on our conversation together of what you desire to change or explore. We will discuss the fee but generally costs about $50.00.
